nequa house

The nequa house is a single story residence, ideal for 512m size lots. Although small, it has plenty of liveable space, including a living room, kitchen, bedroom and front porch. And it's only 19 prims! There is also a version with a rear deck included (adds 4 prims). This house is full-featured; you can even change the accent color from the menu.

Two versions of this house are included. One with white siding and concrete, the other with concrete blocks.
